GIFT CARD TERMS

  • Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.

  • Gift Cards can be used for any of Healing Soul Whispers offerings / services.

  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or any other goods.

  • If the gift card value is less than the offering booked, then the difference must be paid to book in that offering.

  • If the gift card value is more than the offering booked, then Healing Soul Whispers will hold a credit against the recipient’s name for the remaining value to be used at a later stage, as long as the remaining value is used within the validity period.

  • By purchasing a Gift Card with Healing Soul Whispers, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of service.

  • Once the Gift Card has been redeemed, the recipient agrees to abide by the Terms of the relevant service.

1:1 APPOINTMENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Payment of the appointment / service fee is required to secure the session.

  • Payment can be made by credit card to secure an appointment online or by bank transfer, PAYID or cash (please get in touch directly if so).

  • Bookings will not be held or confirmed until the fee has been received.

  • The appointment fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to another date in case of sickness.

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Joanne via email (jo@healingsoulwhispers.com)

    • If the cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the one on one session booked, you may reschedule your place to another suitable date /time.

    • If the cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, the fee paid will be forfeited.

  • In the event of a late arrival, the appointment time will be shortened by the amount of time the client has arrived late.

  • In the event of a no show, no refund or credit will be provided.

  • As a courtesy, you will receive an email reminder before your session date. However, it is recommended that you add your booking to your personal calendar as it is your responsibility to manage your appointment.

  • In the case of any violent, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour from the client, the facilitator has the right to end the session. In this case, the fee paid will be forfeited.

  • By booking an appointment with Healing Soul Whispers, it is understood that you have checked for any contraindications and agree that you take full responsibility for your own well-being and health conditions.

  • By booking a 1:1 session with Healing Soul Whispers, you understand that Reiki, Intuitive healing and Sound healing is considered a complementary form of treatment and is not a replacement for conventional medical treatment.

  • The Practitioner is certified in Reiki and Tibetan Bowl Sound Therapy & Sound healing and does not diagnose disease, or physical and mental disorders, nor do they prescribe medical treatments or pharmaceuticals, nor interfere with the treatment of licensed medical professionals. The client acknowledges that these sessions are not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis, and that is is recommended that you see a primary health care provider for those services.

  • It is your choice to participate in a Reiki, Intuitive healing session or Sound therapy & healing session, and you understand that the Practitioner may use gentle sound and vibration during the session and may play sound instruments in close proximity to, or on your body.

  • It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any discomfort or issues you experience during the session.

  • You acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body may sometimes require multiple Reiki / Intuitive healing / Sound therapy sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation and healing needed by the body.

  • By proceeding to book a session, you are acknowledging this waiver and release  Joanne McGarry and “Healing Soul Whispers" from future liability, negligence or other claims connected with your participation.

  • By booking a session with Healing Soul Whispers you agree to these Terms & Conditions of service.

    GROUP SOUND BATH TERMS

  • Payment of the fee is required to secure a place in the Group Sound bath session.

  • To cancel or reschedule your place, please contact Joanne via email (jo@healingsoulwhispers.com)

    • If the cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the Group Sound bath booked, you may either a) reschedule your place to a future Group Sound bath or b) the amount paid can be put towards a one on one appointment.

    • If the cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, the fee paid will be forfeited.

  • In the event of a late arrival or no show, no refund or credit will be provided.

  • Doors will open 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Please arrive within this time frame to prepare your space and settle in for the session. Doors will close at the start time to ensure the comfort of other participants.

  • By booking a Group Sound bath, you understand that participation in group classes or workshops involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical discomfort, emotional reactions, and/or psychological effects. It is therefore assumed that you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and accept full responsibility for your well-being and health conditions.

  • It is your choice to participate in a Group Sound bath and you understand that the Practitioner will be using gentle sound and vibration during the session and may play sound instruments in close proximity to you body.

  • By booking a ticket, you understand that the Practitioner is certified in Tibetan Bowl Sound Therapy & Sound healing and does not diagnose disease, or physical and mental disorders, nor do they prescribe medical treatments or pharmaceuticals. You acknowledge that these sessions are not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis, and that is is recommended that you see a primary health care provider for those services. You understand that you alone are responsible for informing your primary health care provider that you are participating in these sessions and inquiring as to whether or not they may adversely affect you current health condition.  

  • By booking a Group Sound bath, you are confirming that you have checked the list of contraindications on the booking form and confirm that you are in good physical health and do not have any medical conditions, including but not limited to cardiovascular issues, mental health disorders, sound induced epilepsy, or respiratory conditions, that would contraindicate participation in these classes. Please consult with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns about your ability to participate. By booking a Group Sound bath, you confirm that you do not have a Pacemaker, Stent, Shunts, Artificial Heart Valves, Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD). If you do, please inform Healing Soul Whispers as soon as possible by email correspondence prior to the session.

  • By proceeding to purchase a ticket to a Group Sound bath, you acknowledge this waiver and release Joanne McGarry and “Healing Soul Whispers" from future liability, negligence or other claims connected with your participation in this event.

  • By booking a Group Sound bath, you agree to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the facilitator(s). It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any discomfort or issues you experience during the class.

    PRIVATE GROUP SOUND BATH TERMS

  • A 50% deposit will be required to secure the Private Group Sound bath session.

  • Payment of the balance is required to secure the Private Group Sound bath session 7 days prior to the session.

  • To cancel or reschedule the whole private Group Sound bath session, please contact Joanne via email (jo@healingsoulwhispers.com)

    • If the private Group Sound Bath cancellation is at least 72 hours in advance of the Group Sound bath booked, you may either a) reschedule your whole private Group Sound bath or b) the amount paid can be put towards a one on one appointment for one or more of your attendees.

    • If the private Group Sound Bath cancellation is less than 72 hours in advance, the total fee paid will be forfeited.

  • In the event of a late arrival or no show for one or more of your attendees, no refund or credit will be provided.

  • If the session is located more than 25kms from Point Cook, a travel fee will be applicable.

  • By booking a Private Group Sound bath, you understand that participation in group classes or workshops involves inherent risks for all participants, including but not limited to physical discomfort, emotional reactions, and/or psychological effects. It is therefore assumed that you and all participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and accept full responsibility for your well-being.

  • It is your choice to participate in a Group Sound bath and you understand that the Practitioner will be using gentle sound and vibration during the session and may play sound instruments in close proximity to you body.

  • By booking a ticket, you and all participants understand that the Practitioner is certified in Tibetan Bowl Sound Therapy & Sound healing and does not diagnose disease, or physical and mental disorders, nor do they prescribe medical treatments or pharmaceuticals. You acknowledge that these sessions are not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis, and that is is recommended that you see a primary health care provider for those services.     SPIRIT GUIDED DRAWING TERMS

  • Payment of the fee is required before work on a Spirit Guided drawing will commence.

  • Due to the personalised and commissioned nature of Spirit Guided drawings, no refunds will be issued once work on the drawing has commenced.

  • By booking a Spirit Guided drawing with Healing Soul Whispers you agree to these Terms & Conditions of service.

DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY

  • The facilitator will not accept clients who arrive to the premises under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol for any type of sessions. This is for both the facilitator’s safety and yours, as well as the integrity of the work.

  • If you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol for a session, the facilitator has the right to ask you to leave, and the fee paid will be forfeited.

  • In the case of any violent, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour from the client, the facilitator has the right to end the session. In this case, the fee paid will be forfeited.

PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

  • By engaging with Healing Soul Whispers’ services, you consent to being added to the mailing list to receive updates, promotions or relevant information about my offerings or wellness tips. You will have the option to opt out. 

  • Healing Soul Whispers will not in any way share your information with any third party.

  • Any personal information shared with Healing Soul Whispers will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of facilitation in sessions.
